Many of you will know that every couple of weeks we, along with Hutton Henry and Station Town Parish Council, pay for the Citizens Advice service to attend the community service and provide free advice to those in our community.
We recognise the winter months can be a very difficult time for many, especially with rising heating costs and the cost of Christmas and so on TUESDAY 9 JANUARY instead of just the Citizens Advice service attending the community centre we have arranged for nearly 20 different organisation to come along who will be able to provide information and advice on managing debt, benefits, home heating, family issues, anti-social behaviour and a raft of other concerns and issues you may.
The information and advice on offer is completely free, there is no need to book and so simply come along and someone will be there to help. Please, please take advantage of what’s on offer, don’t suffer or struggle on alone. Even if you just fancy a warm space and a cuppa then come along.
We will do what we can to help!
